SiMO Experience team will help you with the organization of all aspects of the mobility

We are a specialized Agency for the international student and teacher mobility in the field of vocational education and training in the framework of Erasmus+ program. We have coordinated and provided various internships in different vocational areas for students from all over the European Union, as well as job shadowing and training courses for teachers and educational staff.

OUR PERSONALIZED SERVICE

Let us help you find the best suitable workplaces for your students, organize job shadowing or delegations visits to interesting organizations, or let us provide training courses for your teachers and educational staff and share with them new knowledge and approaches.
We begin our work by providing the most suitable working environment for each student. During the Erasmus+ mobility, we follow the working process with the mentor in the company and prevent the problems that may occur.
How we provide the best experience to your students?
  • matching student’s profile with partner companies’ opportunities;
  • accompanying students on their first meeting in the company;
  • follow-up with the student and mentor in the company;
  • monitoring students work and cultural integration in Slovenia.
We organize job-shadowing mobilities in different educational organizations (primary schools, VET schools, secondary schools, universities) and in Slovenian companies. In SiMO Experience agency we believe that enhancing your current skills and acquiring new ones helps each individual to grow on professional as well as on personal level.
Your educational staff will:
  • acquire new competencies and attitudes;
  • improve English proficiency;
  • develop and share best practices;
  • have an intercultural experience that will help them improve their teaching methods.
Delegation visits for professionals, entrepreneurs and educational staff can be organized in different educational organizations (primary schools, VET schools, secondary schools, universities), national public organizations and in private organizations.
The main purpose of the visit is to get to know Slovenian educational system but, as visits can be organized in various sectors, you can also exchange knowledge and ideas in different companies and expand your network and connections.
Organisation of training courses is a combination of theoretical lessons and visits to different organisations with the purpose of exchanging knowledge and best practices with other colleagues.

During the traineeship at the hotel, I learned a lot. I had direct contact with the guests, doing check-ins and check-outs, I was working with the reservation system, informing guests about tourism offers, etc. People I worked with were great!
