We organise job-shadowing in different educational organizations (primary schools, VET schools, secondary schools, universities) or in the Slovenian companies. In SiMO Experience agency we believe that developing possessed skills and acquiring new ones helps each individual to grow on the professional as well as on the personal level.

Delegation visits for professionals, entrepreneurs and educational staff can be organized in different educational organizations (primary schools, VET schools, secondary schools, universities), public national organizations as well as in private organizations.

The main purpose of the visit is to get to know Slovenian educational system but as visits can be organized in various sectors you can also exchange knowledge and ideas in different companies and expand your network and connections.

Organisation of training courses is combined with theoretical lessons and visits to different organisations with the possibility of exchanging impressions and best practices with other colleagues.
